1. I have made the purchase but how will the E-Gift Card be sent to me?

Upon purchase, you will be contacted via WhatsApp within 24-hours. The E-Gift Card along with the code will be sent via WhatsApp or e-mail according to your preference.

2. Can the E-Gift Card be sent as a gift?

Yes, of course! Just let us know and we’ll make the necessary arrangements to have the E-Gift Card sent to your preferred recipient via WhatsApp or e-mail.

3. What is the validity of the E-Gift Card?

The E-Gift Card can be used until 31st January 2021.

4. Can I use the E-Gift Card for purchase in Sama-Sama Lokal?

No, the E-Gift Card is only applicable for purchases at www.thechildrensbookstore.co.

Holiday Market

1. How can I access the Sams-Sama Lokal by Maybank platform?

Sama-Sama Lokal can be accessed via the M2U app or via the website.

2. Is the RM10 voucher applicable for all purchases?

No, the RM10 voucher is applicable with a minimum purchase of RM50 and for one-time per M2U user. There is a maximum of 2,000 redemptions during the campaign period.

3. Is the free delivery applicable nationwide?

Free delivery is applicable for all orders shipped within Peninsular Malaysia via the Sama-Sama Lokal platform only.

4. How about delivery within East Malaysia?

A flat-fee of RM15 will apply for orders to be shipped within East Malaysia. Delivery fees must be paid separately to The Children’s Bookstore once the order has been confirmed.
